General

Where can I buy the LIOR Held Swaddle Sack?

Here, on lior.store. We do not sell it through marketplaces or other retailers.

What is it, exactly?

A one-piece newborn sleep sack in soft cotton jersey. Two closed wing pockets sit above the shoulders, so your baby's arms stay inside and their hands stay covered. The body is a snug bag with a rounded hem — no leg split, no snaps. One zip runs from the neck to the hem. There is nothing to wrap and no technique to learn.

What is the idea behind it?

The crying usually starts the moment you lay your baby down, not before. Your baby is calm in your arms and wakes the second that hold ends. This sack keeps a snug hold around the body after you let go. Five minutes before the last feed, warm the empty sack against your chest — it goes into the crib carrying your warmth and your scent.

What is it made of?

Cotton jersey knit, with rib binding at the collar. We publish fabric weight and temperature ratings only once we hold the test documents for this exact sack, so you will not find a number here yet.

How do I wash it?

Follow the care label sewn into the sack. We will publish the factory's exact wash-and-dry instructions here as soon as they confirm them. Whatever the label says, close the zip before it goes in — an open slider is what snags knit fabric.

Sizing

What size should I order?

Sizes are the garment length: 58 cm is roughly 0 to 3 months, 61 cm roughly 3 to 6 months, 64 cm roughly 6 to 9 months. Babies of the same age are often two sizes apart, so measure heel to shoulder rather than going by the birthday. The size guide has the fit checks.

Why don't you list weight ranges?

Because our factory has not given us tested weight bands for this sack, and we are not going to invent them. Length and age plus the fit checks in the size guide will get you there. If you are between two lengths, email us the measurement and we will tell you which to take.

Isn't buying by size a waste of money?

It is the honest complaint about every sack on the market, and we would rather answer it than dodge it. A newborn will use one length for roughly three months. If you already know you want the next size, the set is cheaper per sack than buying one at a time, and we will email you when it is time to move up.

Using it

Can I use it from day one?

Yes, as long as the smallest length fits properly. Check the neck and the shoulders first — a sack with room to spare is the one to send back, not the one to grow into.

My baby wants their arms free.

Inside the wing pockets they still move. Arms can lift and hands can reach the face; the pockets are closed at the tip so the hands stay covered rather than loose in the crib.

Will my baby's hands get cold?

The wing tips are closed, so hands stay inside the fabric rather than out in the room. That is a design fact, not a temperature claim — dress your baby for the room the way you normally would.

What about the zip near their chin?

One zip runs down the centre front, neck to hem. Getting the size right is what keeps the collar sitting where it should: snug enough that a shoulder cannot slip out, loose enough that nothing presses on the throat. Do not use the sack if the zip is damaged.

When do I stop using it?

At the first signs your baby is trying to roll. That is a hard stop, not a suggestion, and it is the same advice for every arms-in swaddle regardless of brand. Move to arms-free sleepwear then. Our stage-two sack is not on sale yet, so we will point you elsewhere rather than sell you the wrong thing.

Will it make a difference to how long my baby sleeps?

We do not promise hours, and we would be suspicious of anyone who does. What the sack does is keep a snug hold after you put your baby down. How your baby sleeps is your baby's business.

Shipping and delivery

How long does delivery take?

About 8 days. Orders ship from our overseas fulfilment warehouse, and we would rather tell you that up front than have you wonder on day four. You get tracking as soon as it leaves.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States for now.

Will everything arrive together?

If you order more than one sack they may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking. Nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.

Returns and the 60-Day Guarantee

What if it is not right for us?

Try it risk-free for 60 days. If it is not right, email support@lior.store and we will send you the return address. Full terms are on the refunds and exchanges page.

Can I exchange it for a different length?

Yes. Tell us the size you need when you write in, and we send the replacement once the original reaches us.

It arrived faulty. What now?

Email us a photo. We replace it or refund it — a manufacturing fault is not something you should have to argue about.
