At LIOR, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a transparent, reliable, and timely shipping experience for all our customers.


🚚 Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Shipping Time: Begins after processing. Shipping time depends on your destination and chosen courier.

Estimated Delivery = Processing Time (1–2 days) + Shipping Time

📍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid) — the recipient is responsible for any customs/import fees.


💸 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (after discounts).

  • Orders under $50 will see shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size.


🔍 Tracking & Delivery Details

  • Orders ship with trusted couriers and include tracking.

  • Tracking may take 1–4 days to update after dispatch.

  • Some deliveries may require a signature. If unavailable, the courier may:

    • Leave it at a nearby pickup point

    • Attempt redelivery

Once a package is marked delivered, LIOR is not liable for theft or misplacement.


⚠️ Potential Delays

While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs inspections

We'll notify you of any major delays and assist with resolution.


📦 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged: Send photos and contact your courier immediately. Then email us at support@lior.store.

  • Missing/Wrong Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll reship if inventory allows or issue a refund otherwise.


✏️ Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please enter accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Found a mistake? Email support@lior.store within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • LIOR may cancel orders if unable to confirm address accuracy.


❌ Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Contact the courier to file a claim.

  • Notify LIOR with claim details  we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

🚫 Order Cancellation

LIOR reserves the right to cancel any order. If canceled, we’ll refund you immediately. Refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
